It’s no wonder, ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’ – comedian Ray Romano is surrounded by a cast of characters so universally familiar that every viewer can relate to some aspect of the show. A well-meaning yet overbearing and meddlesome mother (Doris Roberts), an uncouth and vulgar father (Peter Boyle) and a long standing sibling rivalry with big brother (Brad Garrett) are par for the course in most families. But when you live a stone’s throw away from them and add a wife (Patricia Heaton) “who is always right” and three young children to the mix, the combination becomes rife with laughter.
