Chardi Kalaa ("To Be In High Spirits") presents the local Sikh-Canadian community with a weekly 30-minute Punjabi language programme in a magazine style format. The programme is divided into various segments, each of which conveys a different cultural, social or religious aspect of the community. Other regular features on Chardi Kalaa include: community issues, news and events, along with profiles/interviews.
